Globe Free Internet on PC Using MCG For Browse and Download

Before I share this free internet trick, I just want everyone to know that this is for educational purposes only, and everyone is advised to "do this at your own risk".

Globe Opera Mini Free Internet on PC Trick

Things to have first:

• Wireless broadband or Globe Tattoo (USB broadband)
• Globe Tattoo SIM/Globe Prepaid SIM/TM SIM (Strictly not for postpaid)
• P0.00 load, if you have P5.00 load Globe will treat this connection as standard browsing.
• Java runtime (Most of us have this, so if you don't have just download it)
• Download this file http://www.mediafire.com/download/xijcbu1rc5g7v6s/OPERAMINI_7.1.rar

Step by step instructions:
1. Open your broadband dashboard, the go to tools>option>profile management>click new
on APN: www.globe.com.ph
on access number: *99# and click save and set it as default connection.
2. Run the settings.exe (the file that you previously downloaded), then on HTTP Proxy type 203.177.42.214 and Port: 8080
3. Install Opera Mini 7.1
4. Don't get excited, we're not finish yet. On Opera Mini, click the Opera Mini logo then go to settings>advance>protocol>set to http
5. Enjoy browsing and downloading for free.

Notes:

• If ever a virus is detected, it is false positive. You can check the file on virustotal website.
• Cannot be use in streaming, as it doesn't have any flash plugin.
• Anyway its free!
